Meet the Instructor
I am and always have been passionate about dance and fitness. As an ex professional dancer trained in ballet, tap, street and jazz dance, I love using my dance training combined with fitness qualifications to bring you classes with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles.

I know that modern life makes it difficult to find time to fit in regular fitness training, so when you do, you want it to be enjoyable and to fit in with your lifestyle. I run classes every weekday morning 9.30am - 10.30am, beginners Fitsteps on Mondays 11.30am - 12.30pm.
Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.
Booking is essential for all classes.
