Meet the Instructor

I am and always have been passionate about dance and fitness. As an ex professional dancer trained in ballet, tap, street and jazz dance, I love using my dance training combined with fitness qualifications to bring you classes with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles.

Make time for you

I know that modern life makes it difficult to find time to fit in regular fitness training, so when you do, you want it to be enjoyable and to fit in with your lifestyle.  I run classes every weekday morning 9.30am - 10.30am, beginners Fitsteps on Mondays 11.30am - 12.30pm.

Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.

Booking is essential for all classes.

Zumba Fitness®

Latin dance fitness

Zumba Fitness is a Latin inspired dance fitness workout that burns calories and tones the whole body.  Using Latin dance rhythms such as salsa and merengue which really work the core.  This class is serious fun!

Flowetic®

Feel Like A Dancer!

Flowetic is a beautiful class combining dance, toning and strengthening exercises, alongside stretching and relaxation.

Fitsteps®

Strictly Come Dancing fitness

Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, two professional dancers from the BBC television series Strictly Come Dancing, Fitsteps uses Latin and Ballroom dances such as the Cha Cha, Jive and Waltz in a dance fitness class. Get fit, toned and learn to dance like a pro!
