As an ex professional dancer I am passionate about using dance to achieve fitness.  My fun, easy to follow dance fitness and toning classes will make you feel fit, healthy and happy in no time!

I know that modern life makes it difficult to find time to fit in regular fitness training, so when you do, you want it to be enjoyable and to fit in with your lifestyle.  I run classes live in the studio and online as well as an On Demand membership with access to over 50 classes.

Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.

Booking is essential for all classes.

Zumba Fitness®

Latin dance fitness

Zumba Fitness is a Latin inspired dance fitness workout that burns calories and tones the whole body.  Using Latin dance rhythms such as salsa and merengue which really work the core.  This class is serious fun!

Flowetic is a beautiful class combining dance, toning and strengthening exercises, alongside stretching and relaxation.

Strictly Come Dancing fitness

Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, two professional dancers from the BBC television series Strictly Come Dancing, Fitsteps uses Latin and Ballroom dances such as the Cha Cha, Jive and Waltz in a dance fitness class. Get fit, toned and learn to dance like a pro!
