Make time for you
I know that modern life makes it difficult to find time to fit in regular fitness training, so when you do, you want it to be enjoyable and to fit in with your lifestyle. I run classes every weekday morning 9.30am - 10.30am, beginners Fitsteps on Mondays 12.30pm - 1.30pm, postnatal fitness on Wednesdays 11.45am - 12.45pm and evening classes on Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm during school term times. Classes are dance fitness or yoga based.
Booking is essential for all classes.
