The Strictly Ballroom workout. Using Ballroom and Latin dances such as Cha Cha and Jive, Fitsteps puts the fun into fitness.

The original Latin dance party! Zumba is an upbeat dance fitness class using mainly Latin rhythms for a calorie burning cardio workout

.An intense mat based abdominal workout to strengthen the core and define and tone the abs.
9.30am - 10.30am Zumba Toning
A Zumba class with an extra toning element. The class uses light weights to increase toning and intensity & also includes some floor exercises - this one really burns the calories!
10.35am - 11.00am - Abs Blast & Stretch
An intense mat based abdominal workout followed by a relaxing stretch to elongate the muscles.
10.35am - 11.00am - Total Body Toning
An intense full body toning workout, to tone upper & lower body and core.
